I’m voting Democrats because………….

I’m voting Democrat because I believe the Government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

I’m voting Democrat because freedom of speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it.

I’m voting Democrat because when we pull out of Iraq I trust that the bad guys will stop what they’re doing because they now think we’re good people.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday CAN tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius.

I’m voting Democrat because I’m not concerned about the slaughter of millions of babies so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that business should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as THEY see fit.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would NEVER get their agendas past the voters.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe that open borders and government give-aways to foreigners is a great way to grow a nation.

I’m voting Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves.

I’m voting Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my horse.

I’m voting Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t.

I’m voting Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my ass it’s unlikely that I’ll ever have another point of view.

I’ve been working our local elections for the last couple of years, and every time there is an election I notice that every black person that comes to my voting booth votes democrat. I talk to all the people in my line – just chatting and small talk. “How long have you lived here? Where do you go to church?” stuff like that…

And invariably they will hand me their paper that tells me how to set up their ballot, and they’re democrat. Every one of them. But what I can’t understand is how they can stand in line talking to me about God and the Holy Spirit leading them, and how being kind is the most important thing to them, and then they vote to have Obama nominated – the most liberal, pro-abortion candidate to ever walk the earth – he is so liberal that he voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act (a bill that not even NARAL was officially opposed to) because he didn’t want saving live babies to undermine Roe.

(BTW – Obama also voted against expending SCHIP (the Illinois state insurance) to include pregnant women and their babies… Health Care for ALL? What a Hypocrite!

Do these people never research their candidates?

I found a great quote from a man whom I admire greatly. His ‘portrait’ hangs on my schoolroom wall at home (we home school)…

Booker T. Washington said in his 1911 book, My Larger Education,

” There is [a] class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs — partly because they want sympathy, and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. … There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don’t want the patient to get well, because as long as the disease holds out they have not only an easy means of making a living, but also an easy medium through which to make themselves prominent before the public.”

Man, he sure nailed it even way back then.

I found a great You Tube video about this very issue featuring some really great Christian black leaders –
